Data deletion

1. Disconnect. In your withlove dashboard, open Automations, choose Manage, and disconnect. This deletes the Instagram access token we stored, and your automations stop right away.

2. Remove the app on Instagram. In Instagram, go to Settings, then Apps and websites, find withlove, and remove it. This ends our access from Instagram's side as well.

3. Ask us to delete the rest. Email hello@withlove.so from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". We will delete your account and everything linked to it, including your automations and delivery records, within 30 days, and we will email you when it is done.

We may hold a small delivery record for an automatic reply sent to you: your Instagram user ID, the comment ID, and the first 180 characters of the message that was sent. To have it deleted, email hello@withlove.so with your Instagram username and the account that messaged you. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Your profile and page, your automations and rules, the Instagram connection, delivery records, conversation logs, and the contact details you collected through withlove. Backups roll off within 30 days after that. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as payment records.
